Hatha Yoga with Joanna
Joanna's style of teaching is informative and fun with clear alignment cues. You will be invited to unite movement with breath and move with awareness. Classes aim to bring the mind/body into balance through playful exploration of both the physical and spiritual aspects of Yoga. Joanna's classes are kind, nourishing and enlightening.
