How to prepare:

As a guideline, allow 2hrs after a light snack, or 4hrs after a heavy meal. Drink plenty of water, come hydrated!
Please aim to arrive 10-15mins before the class is due to start, allowing sufficient time to:
1) Park (just in case the car park is full)
2) Remove shoes and socks
3) Turn off your phone
4) Roll out a mat
The class will start promptly at the specified time. To protect the enjoyment of fellow class members, and in the interest of health and safety late attendance is not permitted.
Where to meet:
Joanna teaches at a variety of venues.
Please check the location of your chosen class:
Apthorp Centre, Weston Lane, Bath, BA1 2XT
Upon arrival at the Apthorp Centre (located between the Bath Priory and Snapdragons Nursery), ring the doorbell.
A receptionist will buzz you into the centre and direct you to the Yoga Studio. Limited parking, use surrounding roads if possible.
Oldfield School (Dance Studio), Kelston Road, Bath, BA1 9AB
Tell your Teacher about any injuries:
If you have an injury or illness, there may be some yoga poses that need to be modified or avoided. Please seek advice from your instructor before the class starts. It is your responsibility to notify the teacher of any injuries (new or ongoing) before every class. Yoga can sometimes be challenging, but should NEVER be painful. Always work to your own ability and respect the limitations of your body.

In the interest of health and safety, all students are required to complete a consultation form before attending their first class.
